
The 4th Inter-School Music Fest (open genre choral competition), organised by Delhi Public School Dimapur was held recently at the school premises with Dimapur Public School Society chairman S.I. Jamir as the chief guest.
The annual event is organized with an objective to provide opportunities to develop and hone the students’ skills, explore talents and abilities besides providing a platform for interaction amongst students and music teachers.
Altogether five schools participated in the event: Maple Tree School, Hollotoli School, Hope Academy, Woodstock School and Delhi Public School Dimapur.
The panel of judges for the event were Avoni Odyuo, Alobo Naga, and Aroko Nagi.
DPSD choir was adjudged as the winner of the competition after the choir performed ‘Lightening’ by Greg Gilpin
Hope Academy with their performance of ‘A Million Dreams’ from the movie ‘The Greatest Showman’ helped them secure the runner-up position.
