Power department, Electrical division Chumukedima has informed the public that there will be power shutdown on June 12 from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Chumukedima Town, Patkai College area, areas under Chumukedima village jurisdiction and Tenyiphe in order to carry out tree trimming and jungle clearance. In a press note, Executive Engineer, Er. Kasho Chishi has also requested colonies and village authorities to trim/cut trees in their respective areas, but strictly within the shutdown period in order to avoid any accident.
