The Family Planning Association of India (FPAI), Nagaland Branch and CMO Kiphire under the aegis of directorate of Health & Family Welfare, National Health Mission, Nagaland, Kohima organised a “World Population Day” mobilization infotainment program at Seyochung town.
The team from FPA India delivered talks on family planning and its importance, different contraceptive methods available and quiz competition on related health topics where prizes were distributed to people who answered. Young artistes Dieze Sothu and Kezevinuo Sogotsu touring with the team also performed special numbers.
The state level advocacy program on world population day will be held at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall at Kiphire on July 11.The team was led by Vincent Belho, general manager FPAI.
