Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio will grace the Vijay Diwas celebration on July 26 at captain (late) Neikezhakuo Kenguruse, Mahavir Chakra Pheza War Memorial at Pheza Village.
IGAR (North) is organizing the ceremony to commemorate its brave captain (late) Neikezhakuo Kenguruse who breathed his last to the call of duty during Kargil War in 1999.
