Sensitisation program on water and sanitation organized by Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin), PHED Peren was held on July 23 at Peren town.
According to DIPR, the program was held at three venues of the nine town ward’s Council Hall. During the program, the public were sensitized on matters relating to water and sanitation, and the importance of building sanitary toilets in every households in the area.
Earlier, the program was chaired by SDO PHED, Peren division Er. Thejangulie. Resource persons were JE PHED Peren, Er. V Kasheto Sema and IEC Consultant, DWSM, PHED, Peren, Binsaniu Rentta.
