Advisor, School Education, K. T. Sukhalu visited Government Higher Secondary School, Tizit on August 15.
DIPR reports that he visited the school along with the Additional Director and Deputy Director of School Education Department and SDEO, Tizit.
The Tizit Area Students Union (TASU) appraised the advisor about the condition of the lone Government Higher Secondary school in Tizit which is presently functioning in a girls hostel, constructed in 1981. The school was upgraded to higher secondary in 2011.
TASU appealed to the concerned department and submitted a memorandum to the advisor, for the construction of the higher secondary school building. Sukhalu promised to look into the matter and do the required work at the earliest.
He lauded GHSS, Tizit for the good results that it produced and encouraged them to do better.
