
INGREDIENTS
1 small head cauliflower
1tsp finely chopped garlic
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½tsp red chilli flakes
1 cup bread crumbs
Sauce
1tbsp honey
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp finely chopped ginger
2 spring onion for garnish
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with baking sheet or greased foil.
2. Remove florets from the cauliflower. Make the batter in a bowl by whisking flour and milk.Add the garlic, red chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
3. Place the bread crumbs in a bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the mixture one at a time, shaking off excess batter.
4. Dip the cauliflower into the breadcrumbs to coat completely and then place onto the baking sheet.
5. Repeat until all the cauliflowers are coated.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
6. Preparethe sauce by whisking together light soy sauce, honey and ginger.
7. Serve the cauliflower with the sauce on the side or coat the wings in the sauce with a brush.
8. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven, Garnish with chopped spring onion and sesame seed.
