The Nagaland Police Service Association (NPSA) has convened an emergency meeting of all NPS officers on the issue of the government’s decision to upgrade the incumbent DIG (Fire & Emergency Services) to the rank of IG (Fire & Emergency Services) and matters relating to cadre review on September 24.
