Freedom of Rights versus school authorities

We the Citizen believers Movement would like to speak up for the people that are under duress because of the vaccination campaign going on in Nagaland right now. If school authorities are forcing students or forcing parents to vaccinate their children you are going against the law. If school authorities are coercing and bullying parents with removing students or threatening to issue transfer certificate or exterminating their education because they do not want to participate in the present MR campaign, you are trampling on the rights of a citizen of India. Please remember that Fundamental Rights are the basic rights of the common people and inalienable rights of the people who enjoy it under the charter of rights contained in Part III (Article 12 to 35) of Constitution of India. Do not squash the freedom of choice. Each citizen is protected under the law. The constitution reminds us that: The six fundamental rights recognised by the Indian constitution are the right to equality, right to freedom, right against exploitation, right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights, right to constitutional remedies. Violation of these rights result in punishments as prescribed in the Indian Penal Code or other special laws, subject to discretion of the judiciary. The Measles/Rubella vaccination is not mandatory and not compulsory. We would like to add that as of right now there is no measles epidemic and by experience measles and rubella are non-life-threatening as oppose to the government propaganda. We would like the school authorities to read the insert of the MR vaccine before injecting into your students. The MR Vaccine is propagated on human diploid cell. That is from dead aborted babies. That would be coming against religious laws and moreover each parent has a choice to choose for their children. Most students are from Bible believing homes and we want their religious beliefs to be taken seriously. We are not under some communistic despotic government. What we put into our bodied or not put into our bodies is the right to freedom. Moreover when one is vaccinated there is a time period of vaccine shedding which is up to 30 days or more and therefore the vaccinated becomes a threat to non-vaccinated. As educators let’s educate ourselves how vaccine are made and what is in it. Many parents in USA have come out and sued Pharmaceutical companies for vaccine injuries. Many parents are in USA have mentioned time and again of sicknesses such as asthma, Autism, ADHD, Asperger syndrome, ASD, etc. and food allergies are linked with vaccination because of presence of heavy metals and toxic substances in the vaccines. Ref:- www.fda.gov/biologicsBloodVaccines/Vaccines/ApprovedProducts/ucm093833.htm. Therefore we stand with parents who do not want to vaccinate their children for one reason or the other. No school is going to get applauded because you had the most students vaccinated but rather if any vaccine injury occurs school authorities might be blamed for forcing students. We want a healthy Nagaland and we believe the students are taught proper hygiene in the schools. Look around the other states having MR campaign. It can be a matter of life and death. We also urge the NSF, Nagaland and DNSU and other human rights group to look into these issues as it is of great concern to parents. The right to education under the constitution has also been into effect since 1 April 2010.
