
NPF Mokokchung Division held an ‘Oath Taking Ceremony’ on Monday, at the Division Conference Hall for newly inducted members in the divisional frontals with NPF Central vice president & assistant incharge of Mokokchung Division, Lendinokdang as the special guest.
While addressing the gathering, Lendinokdang stated that NPF was the 2nd oldest regional political party and oldest in the North East. He added that it was the single largest party in the state of Nagaland. He said that being in the opposition does not deter the party from working for the overall welfare of the people. The Nagas have a political aspiration, he said adding that the hope towards the Naga political movement, situation and solution lies with the NPF.
While administering the oath to the new party inductees, NPF Mokokchung Division president, Moasangba Jamir, highlighted the genesis and historical facts of the NPF party, since the inception of the state of Nagaland.
Earlier, a short speech was also delivered by division vice president, S Rongsen. The ceremony was chaired by Moasangba Jamir and the invocation was offered by Women Wing vice president, Tamala.
