Immanuel Music Academy (IMA), Zunheboto organized an “Advent Christmas Concert” on December 7 at Immanuel Higher Secondary School premises featuring various artistes including IMA Choir, The Truth, Bliss Achumi, Akavi Yeptho, Yeshika Asumi, Nogheli Chipiku, Abotoli Achumi, Iloto Chishi, Boloto Achumi, Milotoli Kiho and Akivi Asumi. Commanding officer of 32 AR, Colonel Vikram S. Pal, was the special invitee for the programme, who also extended Christmas greetings to all the people gathered. During the concert, Niza Lejo, a local singing group from Zunheboto town released a Christmas song titled “Susu Lono Jisu Punu (Jesus was born in winter)”. The song was dedicated and released by music director Sumi Baptist Church Zunheboto, Inaholi H. Rochill. The video can be viewed at “aronasumi” YouTube channel.
The concert was hosted by Mary Chishi. Key note address was delivered by director IMA, Aron T. Asumi, while cake cutting prayer and benediction was offered by UESI staff, Toli Assumi.
