
Alahuto Colony, Zunheboto celebrated its silver jubilee (1993-2018) under the theme “Spring up oh well” at Alahuto Colony, with A. Pitoho Chophy accountant general (Audit) as special guest and Rev. Dr. Daniel Chishi, pastor ZTSBC and Rev. Dr. S. Yevito Sumi, senior pastor SBCZ as speakers on December 14.
A press release from silver jubilee committee, Alahuto Colony Zunheboto media and publicity in-charge, Vitoka Aye stated that Chophy in his address said that jubilee was one of the remarkable milestones of Alahuto colony and its denizens.
He further said that the good works done for other people bring blessings and therefore urged the gathering to live in faith of God.
Rev. Dr. Daniel Chishi pastor ZTSBC, as one of the speakers, also extended jubilee greetings to the gathering.
In commemoration of Alahuto Colony jubilee celebration a new welcome gate of Alahuto Colony was dedicated by A. Pitoho Chophy, and Rev. Khuvikhe Sumi, ex-pastor, offered the dedicatory prayer. Vikheshe Aye, GB Alahuto Colony, chaired the program during the dedication ceremony.
Meanwhile, the jubilee celebration began with an opening prayer and song dedication by Luvito Aomi, ex-pastor (convenor); welcome address by Kikheto Muru, jubilee planning chairman; followed by release of jubilee souvenir by Rev. Dr. Daniel Chishi, pastor ZTSBC. Kakheto Aye, ex-convenor Alahuto Prayer Fellowship pronounced the benediction.
The Jubilee program concluded with an evening service with Rev. Dr. S Yevito Sumi senior pastor SBCZ as speaker and Er. Kitoshe Aye EE (PHED) Zunheboto delivering the welcome address.
