TSU conducts its annual literary day in Kohima

Tsütuonuomia Students Union (TSU) held its annual literary day on June 22 at the T. khel community hall, Kohima village.  

Imphal RBI assistant manager, Keneisalie Kevin Solo exhorted the students on financial literacy, promotion of virtual money, ways of savings, scheme and loan from the government that can help the village people and students in many ways. 

Keynote address was given by TSU advisor Seyiekhrietuo Sekhose.

Competitions were held for students of class 12 and below with events like debate, painting and sketching, essay (Tenyidie and English), solo singing, spelling bee and quiz.

The winner of the competitions were: Debate 1st Kezevinuo Solo, 2nd Lhouvisienuo Zatsu; Sketching 1st Kevinei Belho, 2nd Vikeyienuo Solo, senior category 1st Chathavinuo Suohu, 2nd Noune Leo Suohu and 3rd Mhaphruovilie Whuorie; Painting junior  category 1st Seyievituo Suohu, 2nd Nounesenuo Solo, 3rd Kekhriesetuo solo, senior 1st Kelhoukhrieii Belho, 2nd Ruokuovinuo Belho and 3rd Kemesanuo Belho; Quiz 1st Vimenuo Suohu and Dzieseneinuo Solo, 2nd Mhaphruovilie Whuorie and 3rd Kekhrienguzo Belho; Solo singing 1st Kekhrielanuo Belho, 2nd Lhouvisanuo Solo, 3rd Vikeyienuo Solo; Spelling bee 1st Viwenuo Suohu, 2nd Thejakhrietuo Belho, 3rd Diepulhoulie Sekhose; Essay (Tenyidie) 1st Dzieseneinuo Solo, 2nd Neipedezo Zatsu, 3rd Keneivonuo Solo (English) 1st Viwenuo Suohu, 2nd Visangunuo Solo, 3rd Neisevinuo Noreen Solo.

Some of the winners of this competition will be participating in the coming Spero Meloria which will be hosted by the Kohima Village Students Union and Doplin Club on July 12 and 13. 

Earlier, invocation was offered by CRC assistant pastor, Sedekhriezo Whuorie and vote of thanks by TSU education and statistical secretary Sedevituo Belho.
