Department of Political Science, Modern College, Kohima (MCK), organized inter-departmental quiz competition on August 31.
A press release from MCK, stated that objective of the competition was to develop spirit of competition among students and awareness of latest happenings so that fresh graduates may one day be able to face competitions with ease and job ready.
B.A. (Gen) students, emerged as the winner of the competition, while political science department, emerged as the runner-up. The competition was held in various rounds from across subjects of politics, sports, current affairs, entertainment, economy and general knowledge. The programme was chaired by Kawe-u Kreo and the quiz masters were Shahilo Khing, S. Anthony and John Besii, while the time keeper was Khrunuto Kezo. A special number was also presented by Arenchenla Walling of B.A. 3rd Semester.
