     UBCANEI council meeting: United Baptist Churches Association North East India (UBCANEI) has convened its council executive meeting on September 28, 9:30 a.m at the Association Office. All executive board members have been requested to attend the meeting without fail.

    LCYO annual general meeting: Lower Chandmari Youth Organisation (LCYO) has convened its first annual general meeting 2019 on September 28, 3 p.m at St. Joseph’s School premises. All members have been asked to attend the meeting.

    DDCC emergency meeting: 5 ACCC of Dimapur District Congress Committee (DDCC) has convened an emergency meeting on September 27, 10 a.m at the DCC conference hall, Dimapur. Therefore the Dimapur district in-charge, DCC representatives, ACCC officials and all the frontals have been requested to attend the meeting positively. 

    APO meeting: Angami Public Organisation (APO) has convened an “Angamimia Krüta Kehou” on September 28, 10 a.m at bamboo hall, Kisama. All the APO executive council members, APO advisory board members, 10-15 leaders from each region (NAPO, SAPO, WAPO & CPO), all the present and former Angami legislators, former advisory board members, former APO presidents and general secretaries have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

    LMRPO office bearers meeting: Lotha Middle Range Public Organisation (LMRPO) has convened an office bearers meeting on September 28, 10 a.m at the residence of president M. Ntonsi Yanthan, Baghty town. All the office bearers have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

    WCSU appeals citizens for peaceful atmosphere: Wokha Circle Students’ Union (WCSU) has urged the citizens of Wokha town to maintain peaceful environment in view of the upcoming HSLC & HSSLC selection exams. WCSU president Longshithung Yanthan in a press release appealed to the public to extend full co-operation and avoid using loud music and entertainment in conducting programmes, to exclude any social evil practice that jeopardised the peaceful environment in the district HQ. Union further appealed the Power department to provide regular power supply in the district.
