Internal quality assurance cell (IQAC), C-Edge College, organized faculty development programme (FDP) on January 31, at college’s conference room, attended by teaching faculty and members of other colleges.
A press release from HoD of Management Studies and IQAC coordinator, C-Edge College, Wapanginla Ao, stated in the first technical session HoD of Political Science, Viseno Koutsu, chaired the programme, keynote address delivered by vice principal, Tetso College, Dr. Hewasa Lorin. In her address, questions were raised on how to grade to encourage weak ones and challenge stronger ones and also some issues faced by students in classroom such as correct writing and inability to communicate effectively. The session further featured talk and presentation on professional ethics by Wapanginla Ao, while the second technical session was based on more interaction and practical exercises. FDP was held under the theme “Enhancing competencies”, sponsored by Kiremwati Chair.
