DC Dimapur informs farming section: Deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur Anoop Khinchi has informed that all agencies engaged in farming operations and other agriculture related activities under Dimapur district are exempted from the lockdown. Movement of farmers and other persons involved in agricultural activities should not be restricted in the colonies/villages.
Medical board examination postponed: Chief medical officer (CMO) Kohima Dr. Vezokholu Theyo has informed all heads of department that the medical board examination for confirmation of service, invalidation, commutation, pension etc for grade-III and grade IV has been postponed to be held on May 7, in view of the COVID-19 health emergency.
Wokha DPDB meeting postponed: Deputy commissioner & vice chairman DPDB Wokha Orenthung Lotha informed all DPDB members that the monthly DPDB meeting for the month of April has been postponed till further order in view of the global scenario regarding COVID-19.
