
NSCN/GPRN has expressed grief at the demise of late Tokhushumo Kikon, 95 years, ‘leacy’ NSCN (I-M) from Voroku village under Lotha region on May 4.
NSCN (I-M) in a condolence through its MIP stated that, late Kikon had joined the NNC led Naga national service in 1964 and served till the rank of ‘captain’. MIP stated that throughout his service to the Naga nation, he had proved himself as a man of strong conviction and remained steadfast to the leadership of NSCN (I-M) and the void created would be deeply felt and difficult to fill in. For his selfless contribution to the Naga national cause, the MIP stated that his name shall be recorded in the pages of the Naga history. GPRN conveyed deep condolences to the bereaved family members and pray the Almighty God grant his soul eternal peace and rest.
