As part of relentless crack down by security forces, one active cadre of NSCN (K-YA) faction was apprehended in Zunheboto town on May 11 night. According to PRO HQ IGAR (N), Zunheboto Battalion of Assam Rifles apprehended self styled ‘sergeant major’ Bokaho Yeptho of NSCN (K-YA) ‘ along with a 0.22mm US made pistol and non local identity cards of GPRN (9 numbers).
The apprehended individual along with recoveries was handed over to Police Station, Zunheboto for further investigation on May 12.
