     PAC meeting: Advisor of School Education and chairman of Public Accounts Committee (PAC), KT Sukhalu, has convened the first meeting of the newly constituted committee on May 27, 11:30 AM, at the committee room of assembly secretariat. All concerned committee members and departmental representatives have been requested to attend the meeting. Agenda for the meeting will include the evidence meeting of the Planning & Co-ordination department on the examination of the report of the CRAG of India for the year 2016-17.

    DC Khipire informs parents/guardians: Deputy commissioner Kiphire Sarita Yadav has informed all the parents and guardians of the returnees from outside the state coming to Kiphire district to arrange the following items to be used at the quarantine ward by their children/relatives during the quarantine period, such as blankets, pillow, bucket, bed sheet, plate, steel cup and spoon, mosquito net, mug and umbrella.     Anti-terrorism day to be observed: Nagaland along with the rest of the country will be observing “anti-terrorism day” in the state on May 21. All the heads of department, deputy commissioners, state government offices, public sector undertakings and other public institutions have been advised to take anti-terrorism pledge solemnly in their rooms/offices itself in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and submit the signed pledges to DIPR office.

    CSC elects new office bearers: Common service centre (CSC) district village level entrepreneur (VLE) elected its new office bearers led by Menkato V Awomi as president and Sosangwati, general secretary along with three others and two advisors.
