Create dental surgeon posts: IDANSB to govt

June 15, 2020 | by admin

Indian Dental Association Nagaland State Branch (IDANSB) Monday appealed to the state government to consider post creation for dental surgeons in the state. In a representation to the commissioner & secretary, health & family welfare, IDANSB president Dr. Kaketo Yepthomi and honorary secretary Dr. Vichovol Temi asserted that dental surgeons were very much part of the healthcare system. It reminded the government about the need of dental services in both rural and urban areas post-COVID, which it affirmed was “non-negotiable.” It stated that dental surgeons have also been sincerely rendering their services like any other doctors in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, IDANSB urged the state government to address NHM employees’ demands. It also urged the government and responsible authority to provide fair an equal opportunity to all deserving qualified candidates.
