Total lockdown extended in Mon

Mon district administration has informed that the total lockdowns imposed in Mon town, Tizit sub-division and Phomching sub-division have been extended for another one week (August 3 to August 9). In an order, Deputy Commissioner, Mon, Thavaseelan K said that movement of public, private vehicles are prohibited during the period except medical emergencies and those exempted. Anyone found violating this order will be penalised under relevant provisions of the law.
