GPP to observe Balidan Diwas: Gorkha Public Panchayat (GPP), Kohima, in association with Gorkha NGOs and clubs will be organising Balidan Diwas (Martyrs Day), in memory of martyred Saheed Major Durga Malla and Capt. Neikezhakuo Kenguruse and other martyrs on August 25, 5 p.m at Gorkha Public Panchayat Hall, Chandmari, Kohima. All advisors of the GPPK and GB, Kamal Bahadur Chettri, will be attending as special invitees, while other members of the community within and outside the state will join the programme virtually.
