Dimapur police recovered one dead body of a “local male” aged 28-30 years on August 25 from the rail track, Dimapur.
In a press release Dimapur Police PRO informed that the victim was “suspected to be hit by running train” and that the body was “recovered inside the Rail Track No. 254/0 to 254/1”.
PRO informed that on completion of all legal formalities the dead body was shifted to District Hospital Dimapur for PM examination / identification.
Further, police has asked claimant/ relatives/ friends of the deceased to contact Officer-in-Charge / GRPS, Dimapur.
