Dimapur Bangali Samaj (DBS) offered its homage to former president, Pranab Mukherjee. DBS president, KK Paul stated that, late Mukherjee was a mobile encyclopaedia, an expert on constitutional matters and a sincere follower of rules and regulations of the parliament. DBS further said that the vacuum he had left would be difficult to fill.
