Niu Colony Council (NCC) along with STH, NCKK, NCSA and NCYF of Niu Colony Burma Camp ward 22 Dimapur, destroyed all the liquor and drug powder seized under the colony on different working days.
A press release by NCC chairman Tukuka H Awomi, Niu Colony GB, Hozka K Awomi and general secretary N Inato Swu mentioned that the council along with all the bodies gathered at colony council hall and destroyed all the seized substances.
Council has further informed that anyone found transporting or consuming such substance in the colony will be heavily penalized and will be handed over to higher authorities without any compassion.
