Training for nodal officers RD department: Nagaland state calendar for people’s plan campaign on Gram Panchayat Plan (GPDP) and Mission Antyodaya Survey 2020, state level training of line department nodal officers will be held on September 16, 12 noon onwards at RD directorate conference hall, Kohima. All nodal officers of the concerned line departments have been requested to attend the meeting positively.
Sr. SDEO Dimapur informs: Sr. sub divisional education officer (SDEO) Dimapur, has informed all Adhoc G/T, P/T (both state and SSA), grade III and IV staffs and contingency appointees under Sr. SDEO, Dimapur, to submit appointment order, latest extension order, proficiency/ performance certificate from School Management Committee (SMC) chairman, along with personal application for further extension of service for the academic year 2021, on or before September 21 during office hour.
EPFO online declaration and filing: Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) regional PF commissioner-I, P. Hangsing has informed all eligible employers registered under EPFO that subsidy for the wage months March 2020 to August 2020 needs to be claimed by submitting online declaration and filing electronic challan-cum-return (ECR). All eligible employers have been requested to file ECR for the month of March to August 2020 on or before September 15 so that benefits of the subsidy can be credited to the Aadhaar seeded universal account number (UAN) of all eligible members. Employers who have already remitted monthly dues before availing benefits may update form No. 5A (return of ownership) with bank details by uploading scanned copy of cancelled cheque, for claiming reimbursement. Payment of pension scheme under NSAP: CDPO & additional charged to district welfare officer, Phek, Meshusayi Tetseo has informed that that the payment of pension scheme under NSAP and SOAP will be disbursed according to ICDS Project (CDPO) wise as per schedule from September 17 to December 16 at DWO office, Phek during office hour. VCCs are to collect the said pension scheme of respective village/town along with payment booklet of beneficiary and register of concern village. Falling to comply within the stipulated time will be his/her own risk and no payment will be entertained: Phek ICDS project September 17 to 22; Meluri September 23 to 29; Chozuba October 1 to 9; Kikruma October 12 to 17; Chizami October 19 to 27; Pfutsero October 28 to November 6.
Designated centres for returnees/travelers in Zbto: District Hospital Zunheboto and Community Health Centre (CHC) Pughoboto, have been designated as screening centres for returnees and travelers entering Zunheboto district from outside the state. Returnees/travelers coming to Zunheboto district from outside Nagaland should mandatorily report to the aforementioned designated screening centres for necessary protocols.
