     SDG spectrum newsletter to be launched: The first issue of SDG spectrum newsletter will be launched by minister of Planning and Coordiantion, Land Resources and Parliamentary Affairs on September 29, 1 p.m at SDG hall, Planning and Coordination department, Kohima. 

    NLA speaker to flag off “fit India freedom run”: Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) secretariat has informed that, NLA speaker Sharingain Longkumer will flag off the “fit India freedom run” being organised by CRPF contingent posted within Nagaland on September 29,  9:30 a.m from the NLA secretariat premises. 

    CPO appeals for fasting and prayer: Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) has appealed all the Chakhesang inhabited places and churches regardless of denomination/affiliation to observe “day of national repentance” on September 30. The community is requested to observe the day with fasting, prayer and thanksgiving offering in remembrance of five-point covenant with God.

    RCN meeting: Rongmei Council Nagaland (RCN) has informed all Rongmei community of Nagaland that an emergency general assembly has been convened on September 30, 10:30 a.m at Mhaitnamtsi village panchayat hall. All executive council members, federating units, frontal organisations (RCP, RCD, RCK, RMON, RNYON, RSON) and its frontal organizations’ office bearers, village Pei chairman, village chairman, GBs, pastors, catechists, church leaders, teachers and intellectuals have been requested to attend the assembly positively. 

    AH&VS informs: Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services has requested the piggery farmers in the state to get their pigs (preferably the breeding stock) vaccinated against classical swine fever as prevention before the onset of winter from the nearest Veterinary Institutes since the disease is endemic in Nagaland. Department also requested all the chief veterinary officers to collect the vaccines from the directorate office during working hours for the year 2020-21. 

    WRCU meeting: Wozhuro Range Council Union (WRCU) has convened a general meeting on October 3, 10 a.m at Wozhuro community hall, regarding formation of new office bearers of WRPO for the tenure 2020-2023. General public are informed to co-operate and to be present at the meeting. All respective federating units of Wokha, Kohima and Dimapur, members of six village council under Wozhuro, WRSU officials and Wozhuro Eloe Yingsung have been requested to attend at the meeting positively.
