
Project for the installation of solar light which was proposed by advisor of School Education, K. T Sukhalu kick started on October 28.
A press release by president 35 A/C NDPP Zunheboto, Kikhevi Yeptho and secretary Phutovi Z. Chophy stated that, the solar lamps were personally procured from NRE department by the advisor, who took the initiative to encourage utilisation of clean energy for conservation of nature. The release stated that 17 villages and 13 town sectors of Zunheboto has been benefitted. In this regard, all concerned are also informed that lamps are strictly for public use and should be installed at vantage points in and around villages and colonies. It also cautioned that this project was not for use by individuals for vested purpose.
