Nagaland on Tuesday reported 33 new COVID-19 positive cases– 18 in Dimapur, 9 in Kohima, 4 in Mon and 1 each in Mokokchung and Peren, taking the tally to 9536.
Further, out of 9536 positive cases, the distribution across various categories include 4082 cases from the armed forces/police, 1681 returnees, 3306 traced contacts and 467 frontline workers.

India’s COVID caseload rose to 85,91,730 with 38,073 new infections being reported in a day, while the death toll climbed to 1,27,059 with 448 fresh fatalities, Health ministry stated.
