The recently formed Core Committee on Naga Political Issue, comprising all elected members, is scheduled hold crucial meetings with the Working Committee of the NNPGs and the NSCN (I-M).
When contacted, core committee member secretary and minister, Neiba Kronu confirmed to Nagaland Post that the meeting with the NNPGs is scheduled to be held at Niathu Resort on July 20.
WC, NNPG leaders led by its convenor N. Kitovi Zhimomi are expected to attend the meeting.
This would be the first meeting of the committee with the Naga political groups after its formation.
He also informed that the core committee will be meeting with NSCN (I-M) on July 21. The meeting which is likely to be held at Chümoukedima police complex, will also be attended by NSCN (I-M) general secretary Th. Muivah.
