Naga National Council/Government of the Democratic Republic of Nagaland (Non-Accord) has informed that it has kept NNC/GDRN (N-A) under “suspended animation” till further order and has terminated 18 members from “active national service” with immediate effect.
In a press release, NNC/GDRN (N-A) MIP said while people of Nagaland are earnestly praying for inking of the final agreement between government of India and WC, NNPGS, some “pseudo nationals” are still searching for “El-dorado to quench their thirst of self aggrandizement”.
MIP said it has found “some pseudo national workers of conspiring against the government and the national interest after having misappropriated government funds”. It informed that an enquiry was being conducted against some kilonsers and other lower ranking members for complicity.
Further, MIP has informed that the collective leadership has terminated kilonsers – Vikugha Pucho and Khehoto Y Achumi; deputy kilonser Hokheto Assumi and deputy kilonser (Sumi region) I Nihovi Assumi; deputy kilonser and chairman Sumi Region, Hoshepu Y Yeptho; secretary Hekato Y Sumi; secretary (Sumi region) Ghokuto a.k.a. Kitoho Awomi; ‘lt. col’ Khevukhu Achumi; leacy Khevishe Achumi; Ghokiho Achumi, Ikato Z Awomi, Hukuto Yeptho; leacy (Sumi region) – H Hokugha Yeptho, Hukhei Chishi, Toika Awomi, Y Yehoto Sumi and Kivigho Achumi; khapur Viniho Awomi.
