Chang Students Union Dimapur (CSUD) has informed Chang students in and around Dimapur who are pursuing their academic courses in various institution to register with the union.
In a press release, CSUD through its general secretary Auchingsonla also asked guardians of the student/domestic helper to do the same for any untoward incident in future.
