
Eastern Nagaland Dobashi Union’s (ENDBU) held its 2nd general session at town council hall, Mon under the motto “identity, order and progress” on October 26 with commissioner Nagaland, Rovilatou as the special guest.
According to a DIPR report, Rovilatou in his speech urged the Dobashis to know the customary rules and laws.
He stressed on the importance of Dobashi courts in settling of cases and reminded the DBs to keep proper documentation of the evidences after settlement of cases for future reference.
During the session, exhortations were delivered by DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, ENPO president, AR. Tsapikyu Sangtam and KU president, S. Howing Konyak while the keynote address was delivered by ENDBU president, R. Muthsodang. The event also witnessed a special number from DBs Tuensang district.
