Nagaland on Friday recorded 35 fresh Covid-19 positive cases while one more patient succumbed to the infection in the last 24 hours.
Of the fresh cases, 22 were from Dimapur, seven in Kohima, three in Peren and one each in Mokokchung, Mon and Wokha, taking the total caseload to 35117. Further, one more patient succumbed to the virus in Mokokchung, pushing the death toll to 750 (including 4 non-Covid deaths but with positivity).
As on February 11, a total of 1426427 persons have been inoculated against Covid-19 (807079 first dose and 619348 second dose) while 18466 got their booster shot.
Altogether, 55625 teenagers have received their first dose of Covaxin.
PTI: India saw a single day rise of 58,077 coronavirus infections, which took the tally of cases to 4,25,36,137, the death toll climbed to 5,07,177 with 657 daily fatalities, the Union Health ministry stated on Friday.
