Dimapur Municipal Council reiterates ban on dumping, burning of waste

In continuation to its office order dated June 2019, Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) administrator, Albert Ezung has informed all the residents, shopkeepers, business establishments and institutions that dumping of waste and garbage at drainage and burning of the same was “totally banned” in its jurisdiction. DMC has warned that any
one violating the order would be penalised with fine and other legal action or provision of law.
