Commissioner and secretary, Horticulture and Women Resources Development, Anenla T Sato inaugurated the Sub-Divisional Horticulture (SDH) office at Mangkolemba on October 14.
According to a DIPR report, Anenla in her address, stated that the SDH office was established for the welfare of the people.
In this regard, she encouraged the public to make the best use of it and sought their cooperation as well as the administration and farmers to come forward in uplifting the Horticulture sector in the sub-division.
The programme was chaired by SDHO Tuli Dr. Imchalemla and welcome address was delivered by DHO Mokokchung Imotemjen.
Short speeches were also delivered by Horticulture director, Dr. Elithung Lotha, ADC Mangkolemba Langkosen Tsanglao and All Ward Chairmen Association Mangkolemba convenor, Lanuyanger.
