NSCN/GPRN (Akato Chophi) has extended warm Sükrunyi greetings to the Chakhesang Nagas. NSCN (Akato) MIP said Sükrunyi festival was celebrated during which boys and girls were consecrated though religious ceremonies and rituals.
Like the festival signifies, the group hoped that the Chakhesang brothers and sisters continue to thrive in prosperity in the days to come and also to usher and propagate peace amongst Nagas.
LJP (RV): Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Nagaland Unit has extended warm greetings to the Assamese community and Hindu community of Nagaland and neighbouring states on the occasion of Bhogali Bihu and Makar Sankranti.
The party hoped and prayed that the celebrations would bring a peace, happiness and prosperity to the society.
