Indian National Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge would address a public rally at Diphupar Village Public Ground, near GHSS 4th Mile on February 21 at 11am. NPCC through its communications department has invited public to attend the programme.
AICC leaders including Dr. Shashi Tharoor (MP), Dr. Ajoy Kumar AICC IC Nagaland and Dr. K. Jayakumar (MP) would also attend the rally.
