NSCN/GPRN (LI) has expressed sadness on the sudden demise of ‘Col’ late Kejingkhum, “national worker and a patriot who joined the national service in 1964”. In a condolence message, NSCN/GPRN MIP said late Kejingkhum had served the “nation in various assignments and military commands as an efficient commander”.
NSCN/GPRN said his demise was a huge loss to the government and the Nagas at large as late Kejingkhum was a man of principle and one of the pioneers of “Alee command”. NSCN/GPRN president, Luyangba Yimkhiung and ato kilonser, ‘Col’ (Retd.), Isak Sumi along with all the rank and files of NSCN/GPRN expressed condolences to the bereaved family, and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
NSCN/GPRN (Akato): NSCN/GPRN (Akato Chophi) has expressed deep pain at the demise of kilonser, Huveto Ciero, who passed away on April 6. In a condolence message, NSCN/GPRN MIP said late Ciero, who joined the “Naga National Movement” on April 10, 1998, was “vociferous and defensive, when it comes to national integrity, chivalry and honour”. NSCN/GPRN said late Ciero served the “nation” under various capacities for requisite and competent “nation building”, and was also holding additional charge of Chairman (Chakesang Region) till his last breath.
Further, NSCN/GPRN has beseeched for divine and heavenly intervention for comforts and solace during the bereaved family times of grief.
