With a view to motivate the young lawyers, Kohima Bar Association (KBA) conducted a symposium on the topic, “Legal Practice: Responsibilities & Challenges” on June 9 at the Conference Hall of District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) Kohima, with advocate, Gauhati High Court, Kohima, Ashipri Zho as the speaker.
In a press release, KBA stated that the symposium was a prologue to its objective of organising “lecture series” for enhancing the growth of the legal profession and to strengthen the judiciary in the state.
KBA said various relevant subjects and provisions of law would be thoroughly discussed and analysed by legal luminaries during the “lecture series” for the growth of the lawyers.
