Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) has convened its 36th general meeting on July 26 & 27 at Dr. Imkongliba Ao hall, Raj Bhavan. It further informed the business session would be conducted on July 26 at 11 am while the ceremonial function would be held on July 27 at 11:30 am.
