Meanwhile, following this development, the Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) and the All Sumi Students’ Union (SKK)– apex students’ body of the Ao and Sumi tribe– have announced withdrawal of their proposed indefinite shutdown scheduled from Tuesday.

In view of the information being circulated in various social media platforms regarding the indefinite shutdown of government offices, institutions, schools, and colleges, AKM president Lanutoshi Aier and SKK president Gihuka K Zhimo in a press release declared withdrawing the shutdown after careful consideration and in light of recent developments, including the apology letter issued by Yhome and the government’s response.
