Government mandates CMVR

In line with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Central Motor vehicles (fifth Amendment) Rules (CMVR), 2022, Government of Nagaland has mandated that all stakeholders to ensure that the amendments made to the CMVR, 1989 vide; Notification No.GSR 164(E) Dated 25.02.2022.

In this regard, the government informed that all stakeholder should strictly adhered to and that the digital platform, e-DAR, developed by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, for uniform and speedy disposal of insurance claims throughout the Country in compliance to the directive of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India were complied with.
