St. Joseph University, Chümoukedima, marked “National Sports Day” with a dynamic and informative holistic health programme on August 29at the seminar hall, drawing significant attention to the essential aspects of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.


Organized by the Department of Physical Education, the programme was designed to emphasize the vital role of sports and physical activities in enhancing overall health.
Student Activity and Sports Officer from the National Institute of Technology, Nagaland, Dr. K. Alaguraja, was the keynote speaker.
