Central Nagaland Women’s Association (CNWA) has strongly condemned the brutal murder of a woman by her husband Kughato Yeptho at Thilixu villager under Chumoukedima district, on February 9, 2025.
In a condemnation note CNWA said such heinous crime was unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. The association appealed to the responsible authority to investigate the matter effectively and justice be awarded without delay and the perpetrator be held accountable for his “heinous act”. CNWA also extended condolences to the family members of the deceased.
