Ngangting Baptist Church (NBC) Mon celebrated golden jubilee under the theme “Matured in Christ” from February 14 to 16 at Ngangting Village, Mon.
Sharing greetings, minister of Health & Family Welfare P. Paiwang Konyak congratulated Ngangting Baptist Church for attaining 50 years, which he said was a testament of God’s faithfulness to NBC, a testimony of God’s unwavering grace, guidance and provision.
“As we reflect on our journey, we recognize that maturity in Christ is not just about the number of years we have been believers but about how deeply we have grown in faith, love and service”, Paiwang echoed.
He also honoured those who have laid the foundation of the church: the pastors, leaders members—past and present—who have nurtured the spiritual home with love and service with their prayers, sacrifices, and commitment.
Asserting that the celebration was not just about the past but also a call to the future, Paiwang called for a renewed faith, strengthen the fellowship and inspire all to continue spreading the message of hope, love and compassion.
Paiwang encouraged the congregation to remain steadfast, grow in grace, maturing in faith and advance God’s kingdom with passion and purpose.
