Reacting to the news item published February 25 on the second page, Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) has clarified the press release issued by Kilo Kilonser, FGN, S Aso was erroneous and mala-fide.
In a press release, NNC/FGN through its MOP has informed to all concerned that Tingloi (Ating), Wanto, Penjei, Hono, Methlong, Chingong, Pangpu, Yenwang, Thungchamo, Lichio Kikon, Roland N Tsopoe, Zuchamo Patton and Abemo Jami are still actively working for the Naga Nation in the Zhopra Vero led legitimate NNC/FGN ever since the day Brig. (Retd) S. Singnya was impeached as the Kedahge of the NNC/FGN on October 21, 2024.
It stated that the question of their names being deleted or their defection does not arise as they are still active in the legitimate group of the NNC/FGN and have not defected to any other political groups.
