NNSS organises Marathon in Chumoukedima

The National Institute of Technology Science Society (NNSS) organized a marathon on February 26, in celebration of National Science Day. The event saw participation from the students of NIT Nagaland, Chumoukedima.

The marathon, which commenced at 6:00 AM, witnessed remarkable performances from the participants. In the event, Thejangulie Koza emerged as the winner in the male category while the female category was clinched by Lutsiesa Katiry.

Each year, the NNSS organizes this marathon a few days before National Science Day to raise awareness about the significance of the day. The event is part of a broader initiative called ALRIS, in which students from various schools and colleges in Dimapur and Chumoukedima take part in competitions. The event culminates with the participation of a distinguished chief guest from outside the state.
