ABAM WM organises

Ao Baptist Church Association (ABAM) WM organized an “awakening program” for associate pastor women and women ordained ministers from February 28 to March 2, 2025, at Impur. The theme of the event was “Asen Atep Tiptemdi” (Keeping Our Kitchen Organized) based on Esther 4:16.

A highlight of the program was the morning “Prayer Festival,” from 6 am to 10 am on March 1, 2025. The prayer festival focused specifically on addressing the ongoing issue of Christian persecution in Chhattisgarh and included prayers aimed at helping stay organized to be good servants before God.

Speaker of the event were-Rev. Kilang Jamir from Dimapur, Temsula Lemtur, former secretary of ABAM WM, and Rev. Dr. Prof. Mar Pongener, general secretary of NBCC.

Maintaining a personal relationship with God was the primary message while emphasizing the significance of an organized family and prioritizing ministry both of which were vital for enriching and elevating the effectiveness of the spiritual outreach.

Altogether 135 leaders comprised of the associate pastor women and the women ordained ministers from 120 churches and one fellowship attended the programme. This was stated in a press release by Rev. L. Yapang Mollier, officiating executive secretary, ABAM.
